WBA Jacksonville was awarded Highland Row in Memphis, TN by Milhaus Corporation. Highland Row, bordering the University of Memphis and a historic residential neighborhood, is a four-story dynamic mixed-use development in Memphis, Tennessee. Highland Row will include 354 luxury apartments and 35 townhomes, a parking garage and 32,000 square feet of retail space featuring ground-floor restaurants and boutique shops with an outdoor plaza to be used for neighborhood festivals. A mix of one and two bedroom units, residential areas will range from approximately 600-1,265 square feet of conditioned area with private balconies.

WBA will handle the design and construction administration for the multifamily portion (with ground level retail), a 5-level parking garage and all surface parking spaces. The project broke ground in January 2015 and is on target for completion in August 2016.
