Gwinnett Technical College (North)

Wakefield Beasley & Associates designed the first building of the North Fulton Campus of Gwinnett Technical College. Several key features of the building includes 93,000 SF of space and a statement type of design approach that sets a new standard for the College. Some of the key spaces include lecture halls, laboratories, traditional classrooms and TEAL teaching environments. TEAL teaching environments combine heavy A/V systems, seminar type rooms and group seating to produce an advanced teaching environment that interfaces easily with the technologically advanced modern student. Being the initial building on the campus, the facility also includes student services spaces, administration, library and bookstore.
